Local Pharmacy Option

We can call in brand-name medications to your preferred local pharmacy. This option allows you to use your insurance and pick up your prescription at a convenient location. Prior Authorization: For customers utilizing insurance at their local pharmacy: We are happy to submit a prior authorization to your insurance company for a $50 one-time fee. While approval is dependent on your insurance carrier, we do offer prior authorization submission for brand name medications.

Please remember that medication pricing is not included with your membership. You will be responsible for any costs associated with your prescriptions when working with these pharmacies or your local pharmacy.
